decent hotel, great breakfast, and excellent location in Silom.
booked the delux room was nice, however goofy little over step tp enter the bathroom. ( i stubbed my toe twice on it)

Huge Pillows. Had to ask for replacements.
Shower did not drain so well and slippery.
Had no cold water, inform staff, problem resolved in a few hours.
Buffet breakfast tends to get cold as all buffet meals do but good
selection.
Good italian restaurant and pub with live music.
Laundry came back same day.
Fast response to queries.

Our 7th stay at Narai. I love it there. Breakfast is good. Front desk are friendly and helpful. Spotless rooms. Near most malls. We will continue to stay there.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location within walking distance to Patpong and Central shopping mall. Staff are helpful to provided directions.

Wide range of Western and Eastern dishes for breakfast, but the same dishes day in day out. Could have varied the dishes a little for those staying more than 2 days. Tables could have been cleared more promptly.

Hotel is aging, but still good value for the money. Breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices. Location is great right in the heart of silom, close to BRT and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

A popular hotel amongst package groups.Old fashioned rooms if you go for the cheapest ones, but clean and with all needed facilities.Swimmingpoolarea average, good breakfast and good location. At 1600 bath a night this is a good value stay in Silom area.

Found the staff helpful and friendly. Was really pleased to get a complimentary plate of fruit on my last night. Was totally unexpected and v. well timed.
I was in Bkk on business so the lack of an iron in the room was a bit of a problem. But it was v. well located for work purposes - close enough to tpt but not too close to the Silom night market. <span style="display:none">[Thailand Guiden.se integr.ERR:escaping]</span>
A prompt efficient service. I like that facility to suggest alternative accomodation, in the event your preferred place is full.

Arrived earlier than scheduled as our flight was cancelled and we had to take an earlier flight. The check-in desk had no problems in checking us in a bit earlier. Professional and friendly. Restaurants are good. Revamped the lobby and the main restaurant and they did a good job. We had to change our flight as our original flight was cancellled and we had 3 hours to catch our international flight. ThailandGuiden.se got hold of hotel and informed them we would be arriving early. Always quick and professional.

narai hotel was lovely and big. i enjoyed the lovely big rooms and i got upgraded to the deluxe suite on my last night. That was a real treat.It s close to Patpong night Bazaar a 10 min walk on the same side of the road. Also close to Sofitel hotel and Eros rsidence hotel. It is a 10 mins walk to the Sky train station. dirt cheap to travel on the train to siam parrogan, and MBK shopping malls.
Pantip Plaza for electronics take a taxi or tuc-tuc from your hotel to get to Pantip Plaza for electronics taxi charge 100 bhats. One of the hotel staff a male at receptionist was most unfriendly and not welcoming. The hotel was excellent, really. I think it is 3 / 4 star. We stayed on the 10th floor - 2 nights. The location is good, with easy access to other areas, such as MBK / Patpong, if you are interested. Breakfast was superb with a wide choice of items to chose from. The room was clean with a large bed, with a very modern bathroom. Everything was in good working order, aircon, hot water etc. No problems whatsover with my stay here. You wont regret it...The taxi drivers outside of the hotel are annoying and pester quite hard. They have nothing to do with the hotel itself. We secured the same rate they charged with the hotel taxi service.
